Liberty’s Health Care Team cares about your spiritual and physical health. We believe that our God-given bodies are to be managed well by learning and applying necessary principles for healthy, daily living (i.e. eating sensibly, practicing self-control, discipline). Watching body weight is important for our overall health. In an effort to encourage individuals, we are currently hosting a weekly Weight Loss Support Group at Liberty.
